Ryan first started with K2B in 2013 and held various positions both in the field and at the office until graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Finance in 2016. Beginning in 2016, he worked for Cerner as a Program Manager on the client education team. Responsible for growing his program while managing a portfolio of clients around the country, he gained experience working with both internal and external parties to meet client demands in a timely and efficient manner. At the end of 2018, Ryan made the decision to return to K2B and assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer. He oversees the development and daily application of the various systems used at K2B, including field management, fleet tracking, and accounting.
